Valentine's Day Tripping

Valentine's Day Tripping

In this special day, I’ve decided to introduce you with 3 of my favorite traveler couples. They had agreed to share with you their specials romantic places.

Giulia & Eduardo- Love Is an Adventure

I’ve met Giu Giu when I was 19 years old if I remember correctly, during my travel in Barcelona. I was alone and I set in a restaurant- Vegetalia, in the Gothic Plaza. Giulia worked there, and I don’t know why she was so nice to me, but I'm thankful till this day. During my stay in BCN, we’ve met a few times and I’ve met her bf Edu. They were inspiring, he is from Brazil and she is from Italy, and they have a silent agreement of staying only 1 year in each place. They are traveling a lot together, and I have to admit I adore people that can hike for days together and still tolerate each other :) .Giulia believes that the best of life is what you don’t have to pay for.

Jenny & Eran- Love Conquers All

These two individuals are so special to me, Jenny is originally from England, She maintains her own blog theJengloBook ,Eran is originally from Israel, currently working in China. I cherish every moment that I get to see them. Jenny and Eran probably traveled together since they have met. We relocated to the same country for a while, but this is a story for a different post. When I asked Jenny to recommend a single place for my post, I knew I will get a river of options. Luckily this specific recommendation stands out immediately.

Wadi Rum in Jordan, Jenny says it is the most beautiful desert she’s ever seen and the location of many sweeping epic ‘romantic’ films, like Laurence of Arabia.

Sixtina & Felipe- The Ultimate Romantic Couple

The Smithers Family Reunion (1).jpg

Sixtina from Six Miles Away is one of the best bloggers out there. Lately she mentioned that she is seriously involved with a guy from Brazil. Felipe and Sixtina are traveling together for a while now. Sixtina is originally from Germany but she already lived in so many places. The happy couple spent around 4.5 years in Cork, Ireland and they can tell you everything you wish to know about Ireland. This magical traveling couple chose Cologne as their recommendation for my Valentine’s post. Sixtina says, Cologne is the perfect romantic getaway as you can have a romantic walk along the river Rhein or enjoy a river cruise. You can visit the Hohenzllernbrucke (bridge) where you will find thousands, maybe millions, of padlocks that couples in love put there and swear eternal love to each other.

After hearing it from them, I know I have 3 more destination in my bucket list. Tell us your love travel story. You can contact us here, in our website or find our Instagram account @hiddensidewalks.
